The Lord's word says that a flock of sheep knows its own shepard's voice, and won't respond to the voice of a different shepherd. This should always stand true to your relationship with Christ too. Your relationship with Him is more than just words on a page. They are more than just a sermon, or a song, or even a study. Frequent prayer, and daily reading of His word, is the best way to build a strong relationship with Christ. Learning not only His wisdom, but seeking His wisdom, and guidence. Actually hearing Him. Learning His voice. Knowing His voice. Let Him speak to your heart, and not allow other voices such as wrong desires, worldly values, anxiety, pride, and sin of the world overtake your heart. Prayer can help you in seeing the difference. Today, choose to follow the sound voice of the Lord .
