God has so many amazing and wonderful things about Him. One of the most wonderful things about him is the fact that he makes all things new! Boom!! We are washed as white as snow! We entrust our lives to Him for this reason. This statement is so faithful. It has always been true and it will always be true. The year 2020 was such a roller coaster. This year seems to be headed that way too. We may not be able to start the year over fresh and empty, but we can start each new day with it fresh in our minds that His bright promises make our worrisome and the unknown easier to handle. We can come to peace with this year and what is ahead. The rest and peace comes in knowing the truth that our God makes everything new. He wipes our slate clean. Oh how that is such rest for my soul! It does not matter what you have done in your past. You are not to dirty to be cleaned. There is not a stain that exists, that is too hard for Him to remove. Our regrets, shame, mistakes, failures, and sins are nothing compared to His unending covenanted
love and promise of redemption and newness.
You are worth everything to Him.
You are His.
