Last Thursday morning I got the kids up for school. They went straight to the table for breakfast as they always do, they waited patiently while i prepared it. As i was making breakfast, I had a thought, my children have faith in me as a mother. Whether its as simple as breakfast, or me protecting them . They always have faith I will come through. We are born with sin , but we are also born with faith. As adults though we should strive to have faith with God like our children have with us. In turn our children will see us do this and be strong in theirs aswell. Turn your Bibles to Hebrews 11:29 "By faith they passed through the Red Sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned." Lets pray...... Dear sweet Lord , I remember as a child how much instant faith we had in life ? We believed in good and our spirits were wild and free. Lord, I thank you for reminding me that even now , as an adult , I can find that same instant faith , and that same free spirit by keeping your ways . My faith may not move mountains, but its enough to move the mountains in my day-to-day life. My faith may not part oceans , but its enough to close great divides when my loved ones are fighting. My faith may not heal millions , but if I can use it to heal just one person , that is enough. Thankyou Lord, for the miracles big and small with which you've blessed my life. Amen.
