Yes! Some of us have seen the phrase "choose love" everywhere, yet we often find it hard to choose love when someone is making our life miserable, or our loved ones are hurting. It becomes all too easy, to give into hate and anger, even when God is there to remind us of another way we can respond. Praying to always find a way back to love, no matter what the circumstances are around us is a great way to meditate on these feelings. Seeking God's help in staying centered in love when we are about to venture into the territory of hatred and intolerance. He can give us strength and wisdom to always respond with love even when first instinct is to lash out and cause pain. There is always a choice , and we should want to choose love.
