Whether we are moms, or wives, or sisters or daughters. Or all of the above. Its important that we take care of ourselves . This is so important because we need to be the best we possibly can for our loved ones. Healthy eating , and exercise are important. But so is a healthy mind, and most importantly a healthy soul. We live in an age of fitness bloggers , and health ambassadors. So it is my calling to motivate woman to keep their souls healthy. Read your bible daily . Find a life verse for yourself. Pray every chance you get. Never lose faith........ Always keep your heart in Christ....Take the path towards righteousness. Your relationship with God should be your first priority when it comes to your health. Keeping healthy in any aspect is great.... But majority of the time we will put more focus on the outwardly health and inwardly health tends to fall on the back burner. If possible try to find a good balance. Remember Body ...Mind.... And SPIRIT.... You will be happily surprised that as your relationship with Christ grows stronger so does your outwardly health. Stress levels will lower and stamina will rise. You will feel more at peace...... A lot happier and you will soon see a difference in your motivation and be better to stick to an outwardly lifestyle. Todays verse is..... 1 Timothy 4:8-9 " For while bodily training , is of some value , spiritual training is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life, and also for the life to come."
